The agreements with Grand & Toy and Staples were established as the result of an open competitive RFP process conducted in accordance with the BPS Procurement Directive and in collaboration with 17 School Boards, Colleges & Universities.
The agreements with Grand & Toy and Staples are open to any SCUs who wish to join during the term of the contract.
