About Us
Ontario Education Collaborative Marketplace (OECM) is a not-for-profit Corporation. OECM was launched by the Broader Public Sector Supply Chain Secretariat at the Ministry of Finance, with ongoing input and support from the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities.
OECM’s mission is to lead collaborative strategic sourcing initiatives and promote the adoption of leading integrated supply chain management practices for all of Ontario’s publicly funded educational institutions.
Our vision is to enable excellence in Strategic Sourcing and procurement for publicly funded School Boards, Colleges and Universities in Ontario.
