About Us
Ontario Education Collaborative Marketplace (OECM) is a not-for-profit corporation, partially funded by the government of Ontario and governed by a Board of Directors representing publicly funded education institutions, as well as the business community.
Pursuing its Mission to generate savings, all OECM agreements meet the mandatory requirements of the Broader Public Sector Procurement Directive and, while they are primarily designed for Ontario’s publicly funded educational institutions, they are also available to Broader Public Sector organizations and municipalities.
OECM’s mission is to generate savings to support excellence in education by unlocking the potential of collaborative strategic sourcing.
